Finance specialist
We are looking for a finance specialist, with a strong accounting background, qualified, organized and proactive, to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting day-to-day accounting operations, addressing audit requirements, and collaborating closely with management. If you have 2 to 3 years of experience in general accounting, a good level of English and are interested in the international corporate environment, we want to meet you

Key Responsibilities
Support in the complete cycle of general accounting (recording journal policies, income and expenses).
Actively participate in the attention of financial audits (internal and external), preparing the required documentation.
Collaborate in the preparation and monitoring of budgets.
Support in the scheduling and control of payments to suppliers and creditors.
Collaborate on monthly closing activities.
Account review and reconciliation / account cleanup.Support in inventory and fixed asset control.





Profile Requirements
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting (Degree).
Experience: 2 to 3 years of verifiable experience in general accounting and supporting or handling financial audits.
Knowledge: mastery of accounting principles (NIF) and accounting systems such as COI and SAP.
Languages: Advanced English

Desirable Requirements (Plus)
Previous experience working in Asian companies or familiarity with their work culture and reporting methodologies.
Experience handling data in spreadsheets or other data handling softwareKnowledge of the use and implementation of AI.
Knowledge in the management of budgets and payment flows.Solid experience in filing returns and taxes with the SAT.Professional certification will be valued.
