We are looking for a Loyalty Ecosystem Sr Manager to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers.
This role is idóneo for a strategic, analytical, and collaborative individual who understands how to lead the strategic evolution of the Aeromexico Rewards ecosystem by ensuring that the program’s technology and data capabilities enable business growth, partner monetization, and customer engagement.
The Head of Loyalty Ecosystem defines the long-term vision and roadmap from a business perspective, identifying and prioritizing the capabilities required to build a scalable, flexible, and customer-centric loyalty program. Acting as the bridge between business and technology,



this leader ensures that investments in platforms, data, and integrations generate measurable impact on revenue, engagement, operational efficiency, and long-term business value while maximizing the loyalty program’s contribution through strategic capability development, partner enablement, and value-driven decision-making.

Educational requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Actuarial Science, or a related field (required).
MBA or postgraduate degree in Business, Strategy, Analytics, or a related discipline (highly preferred).
Experience:
8–10+ years of experience in strategy, product management, digital transformation, loyalty, or related leadership roles.
Proven experience defining and executing business strategies that drive revenue growth and measurable business value.
