Are you an experienced Product Leader ready to shape the future of clinical research technology?
DROX , a Texas-based company, is looking for a Product Lead to drive the evolution of DROX 360 , our innovative platform for clinical research. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll define the product vision and help transform DROX into a technology-driven Clinical Research company.

What You'll Do
✔ Define and execute the product roadmap.
✔ Lead Product Discovery and customer interviews.
✔ Prioritize features and manage the product backlog.
✔ Drive UX improvements, integrations, analytics, and AI initiatives.
✔ Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Developers, QA, and Data Engineers.
✔ Lead Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and product delivery.
✔ Develop Go-to-Market strategies for new product releases.
✔ Build technology that improves the experience of sponsors, investigators, and patients.

What We're Looking For
✅ 7–10 years of Product Management experience.
✅ Experience in SaaS, HealthTech, Digital Health,



Clinical Software, EHR, EDC, or CTMS.
✅ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
✅ Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, APIs, Cloud, AI, FHIR, HL7, HIPAA, Product Analytics, and UX.
✅ Experience managing KPIs such as Product Adoption, Retention, NPS, Feature Usage, Release Velocity, Bug Rate, and ARR.
