Job Description & Skill Requirement:
• Program Management for Telecom Delivery and Care programs - at least 3 year's experience in this role
• ·Create and maintain program and project schedules
• ·Track program and project issues through resolution using an Action Item Register
• ·Coordinate OEM & Telco laboratory entry and exit activities
• ·Coordinate FOA & production site entry and exit activities
• ·Manage project and program scope, budgets and costs
• ·Oversee Project Managers assigned to the program and project execution activities

Skillset
• ·PMP Certified
• ·Strong team handling skills and able to work with cross cultural and multi-geography teams
• ·Detail oriented approach to tracking timelines and follow ups closely
• ·Able to work with Telco customers and ensure delivery with customer delight
• ·Ability to manage multi-vendor ecosystem and handle dependencies without schedule impact
• ·Strong reporting skills to customer and to management

Qualification:
• Engg Degree
