Iron Mountain is seeking an experienced Senior Benefit Analyst (LATAM) to join our International Benefits team.

In this role, you will be responsible for




supporting the strategic benefit design, annual renewal, and financial management
of benefit plans across the Latin American region.

You will act as a vital regional resource, leveraging data-driven insights and supporting vendor negotiations to balance general corporate consistency with crucial local relevance to optimize the "Mountaineer" experience.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Benefit Design & Strategy Support: Support the regional benefit design strategy and review process for all country-specific plans while leveraging third-party vendor reports and internal platforms to drive design recommendations.
- Annual Renewals & Vendor Management: Assist with the annual contract renewal process and vendor negotiations, tracking performance against Service Level Agreements while focusing on cost-containment and documentation.
