Are you a seasoned Clinical Operations leader ready to drive excellence in general clinical research?
DROX , a Texas-based Clinical Research organization, is seeking a Head of Clinical Operations to lead and oversee the successful execution of all clinical studies across our portfolio. This executive-level role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, profitability, and outstanding sponsor satisfaction while leading multidisciplinary clinical teams.

What You'll Do ✔ Lead and oversee the execution of Phase I–IV clinical studies.
✔ Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, and COFEPRIS regulations.
✔ Manage clinical operations, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
✔ Oversee Clinical Project Managers, CRAs, Clinical Trial Assistants, Site Managers, Monitors, and Patient Recruitment teams.
✔ Drive risk management and issue escalation.
✔ Maintain oversight of monitoring activities and clinical sites.
✔ Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and vendors.




✔ Ensure inspection readiness and successful audit outcomes.
What We're Looking For ✅ Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biology, Health Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
✅ 10+ years of experience in Clinical Research.
✅ At least 5 years leading Clinical Operations teams.
✅ Experience within CROs and/or Sponsors managing multicenter, global, Phase I–IV clinical studies and Medical Device trials.
✅ Strong expertise in Clinical Project Management, CTMS, EDC, Budget Management, and Risk-Based Monitoring.
✅ Deep knowledge of ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA, and COFEPRIS regulations.
