We’re looking for Motion Designer/s on a contract to join our NALA team from anywhere in the region. The Motion Designers work at the heart of the agency, focused on creating high-quality motion graphics and 3D animations that support product marketing initiatives. Working closely with product marketing, creative,



and growth teams, the Motion Designer will translate complex product features into clear, engaging visual narratives for videos, product launches, tutorials, and digital campaigns. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing concepts, storyboards, and style frames; designing and animating 2D and 3D assets; collaborating on video production pipelines; and ensuring brand consistency across motion deliverables. The Motion Designer can be based anywhere in NALA, such as Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Peru etc.
Understand client brands, marketing objectives, positioning and target audiences before beginning production.
Collaborate with project leads to estimate effort, timelines and production schedules.
Develop moodboards, visual directions, storyboards and keyframes for internal reviews.
Produce high-quality 2D and 3D motion graphics, animations and visual assets using industry-standard tools.
