Role Overview:
The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for ensuring our US clients achieve success with Holly AI by delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle. You will work directly with medical practices,



guiding them through onboarding, training, adoption, and ongoing support while building long-term relationships that drive retention and customer satisfaction.

This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys working with clients, is highly analytical, learns technical concepts quickly, and is excited to become an expert in AI-powered healthcare technology. You will serve as the bridge between our customers and our internal Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities:
Own the customer journey from onboarding through long-term account management.
Lead onboarding sessions and customer training for new US clients.
Build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders and act as their primary point of contact.
Monitor customer health, product adoption, and usage metrics to identify risks and growth opportunities.
