The
Quality Engineer
is responsible for safeguarding and ensuring compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) across all company operations. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of product and process quality, striving for continuous improvement, and achieving zero defects. Additionally, the role requires strong technical hands-on expertise in blueprint reading, advanced metrology, process control documentation, and shop-floor machine validation.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree completed (Engineering preferred)
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in a similar role within the metal-mechanic industry
- Knowledge: bending machines, punching machines and welding.
- Advanced English
- Deep knowledge and experience in Quality Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA/AMEF, SPC, MSA)
- Experience in manufacturing execution systems (e.g., 42Q) is a strong plus
- High adaptability to support and collaborate with tasks traditionally managed by other departments (interdisciplinary flexibility)

- Blueprint Interpretation,



GD&T; & Inspection Planning
- Develop and maintain Process Flow Diagrams, FMEAs (AMEF), and Control Plans tailored to the manufacturing process
- Metrology, Measurement Methods & Gage Design
- Work Instructions: Author, implement, and update detailed Work Instructions (WI) for measurement and inspection procedures
- Perform rigorous audits on machine parameters for metal-mechanic processes such as bending machines, punching machines and welding
- Verify and validate CNC or automated programs on the machines to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards before and during production runs
- Non-Conforming Product & Material Dispositionus
- Quality Assurance, Audits & Customer Foc
- Lead and support Internal, External, and Customer Audits, ensuring full compliance with official regulations and company standards
- Train and strengthen the technical skills of inspection personnel and related cross-functional teams
