Requirements.

Must-have experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Assurance, or Quality Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in an SDET Lead, QA Lead, or similar technical leadership role.
- Strong programming skills in Java, Python, C#, or equivalent object-oriented programming languages.
- Proven experience designing, developing, and maintaining test automation frameworks from scratch.




- Hands-on experience with UI test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Hands-on experience with API testing using tools and frameworks such as REST Assured and Postman.
- Experience integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, test strategy development, and quality engineering practices.
- Solid knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with version control systems, including Git.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
- Quality-first mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and engineering excellence.
