What You'll Do

As a Talent Acquisition Associate Manager, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes for junior and mid-level positions across Shared Services and Corporate Functions, partnering closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, and General Talent teams.

Your responsibilities will include
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviews, offers, and onboarding.




- Building strong talent pipelines and proactively identifying high-potential candidates.
- Partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide market insights.
- Delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the selection process.
- Leveraging recruitment tools, data, and best practices to improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- Supporting employer branding initiatives and talent attraction strategies.
- Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in all recruitment activities.
- Collaborating with local and global stakeholders to ensure alignment and hiring excellence.

About You

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or a similar HR role.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment
