- Native-level English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Have a U.S.A visa
What You Will Do
- Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the customer journey
- Manage customer inquiries and provide timely solutions




- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients
- Support customer onboarding, retention, and account growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and operational excellence
