Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Collections Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will balance direct client outreach with essential back-office support. Key Responsibilities
- Payment Follow-ups: Proactively reach out to customers via phone calls and emails to follow up on outstanding balances.
- Professional Communication: Maintain a polite, professional, and firm demeanor when handling client accounts and inquiries.
- Billing Support: Assist with generating and sending invoices, ensuring accuracy in all financial documentation.
- Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative and clerical support to keep daily operations running smoothly.

Position Requirements
- Experience:



Minimum of 1–2+ years of recent experience working specifically within a collections field or a collections-heavy work environment.
- Language Skills: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills with a clear, neutral accent.
- Communication Style: High confidence when speaking professionally with clients over the phone and via email.
- Location: Candidates must permanently reside in Latin America.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail, particularly when managing invoicing and customer accounts.
