Estate & Elder Law Solutions is a well-established New York law firm dedicated exclusively to estate planning and elder law. For more than 15 years, we've helped individuals and families protect their assets, preserve their legacies, and prepare for the future through thoughtful legal planning and exceptional client service.
We're looking for an experienced Remote Estate Planning Paralegal located outside the United States to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a legal professional who enjoys preparing legal documents, conducting research, organizing complex case files, and supporting attorneys behind the scenes.
This is a fully remote position where you'll play an important role in helping our attorneys deliver accurate, high-quality estate planning and probate services to clients across New York.
What You'll Do
As our Estate Planning Paralegal, you'll support attorneys throughout the estate planning process by preparing documents, organizing case files, conducting legal research, and ensuring every matter progresses efficiently.
