Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

*EXPERIENCE:*

+5 years of experience.

*TECHNICAL SKILLS:*

Proven experience in IT project management in agile environments, with cross-functional team leadership, ability to define and document requirements through user stories, backlog, and estimates, preferably with Azure DevOps knowledge or similar tools, previous experience in application development or data solutions is a plus

*PERSONAL SKILLS:*

Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize information, with a strong client focus, proactive and committed to continuous improvement; capable of challenging requirements and optimizing processes, excellent communication and facilitation abilities,

*SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:*

Experienced in the analysis and design of information systems and managing the full software lifecycle. Solid background in Scrum and agile development, with programming languages, and version control systems like Azure DevOps. Well-versed in implementing CI/CD processes for continuous integration and delivery, as well as software quality management.
