Please note this is role would only suit a legal/compliance professional coming from the SOFOM/Banking industry, holding certifications accredited from CNBV/Condusef and is business proficient in English.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site Legal compliance role is based at the heart of CDMX. The person will be managing matters related to CNBV and Condusef compliance. Prior experience in SOFOM a must and you shall also be business fluent in English.The persom will be primarily responsible handling compliance matters related to CNBV and Condusef. Key responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, reviewing contracts, and handling liasion with regulators.

Essential Requirements
- Professional certification accredited by CNBV or Condusef, and experience handling compliance matters related to these regulators.
- Extensive experience providing Legal Advice to Fintech/SOFOM business.
- Fluency in English is essential.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Prior experience in regulatory compliance or consultancy for international business is welcome.
