About The Role
As the Consumer Ops Lead, you will translate the LatAm consumer strategy into a clear operational plan for Mexico, driving day-to-day execution while building the capabilities and infrastructure that enable sustainable, long-term growth. You'll lead a team and partner closely with local and cross-functional stakeholders to bring key consumer growth initiatives to life.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll help shape regional priorities while leading the operational mechanisms, experiments, and execution needed to drive sustainable consumer growth across Mexico.

What You'll Do
- Translate the LatAm consumer strategy into a clear operational roadmap for Mexico, driving execution to acquire new users, improve retention, and build scalable capabilities that support long-term growth.
- Represent the Mexico consumer perspective in LatAm strategic discussions, bringing local insights to influence regional priorities and ensure alignment across teams.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of individual contributors,



fostering collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.
- Analyze business performance, customer insights, and experiment results to identify opportunities, diagnose performance drivers, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Partner closely with local teams, sub-regional leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders to align priorities, remove execution barriers, and ensure key business metrics are moving in the right direction.
- Own the Mexico experimentation roadmap by prioritizing, executing, measuring, and scaling initiatives that deliver meaningful business impact across markets.

What You'll Need
Basic Qualifications
- At least 8 years of professional experience in Strategy, Operations, Consulting, or another analytical field, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex, high-impact initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes. We welco
