Compensation:

Remote (for Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and Peru residents)

Responsibilities and more:

We are looking for a highly motivated Bilingual Appointment Setter / Sales Closer (English & Spanish) to help grow businesses across the United States.

Responsibilities:
- Contact and follow up with leads through phone calls, text messages, email, and business communication platforms.
- Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Conduct discovery conversations and assist in moving prospects through the sales process.




- Follow up consistently with new and existing leads.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities.
- Respond to inbound inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Help improve conversion rates through effective communication and relationship building.
- Participate in daily reporting and performance tracking.

Requirements:
- Fluent English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Proven experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, Inside Sales Agent, Virtual Assistant, or Closer.
- Strong phone communication and objection-handling skills.
- Experience managing leads inside CRM and sales management platforms.
- Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers in the United States.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Reliable computer, headset, quiet workspace, and high-speed internet.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
