Responsibilities
- Organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations providing support to all plant teams and manage efficient integration of work flow.
- Determine operations KPIs and track monthly with staff.
- Ensure compliance to all schedule for machines and facilities and assist in installation of all equipment’s.
- Negotiate between various labor relations and perform regular appraisals for personnel, periodic performance evaluation/review and recommend changes in positions and salary as per requirement.
- Ensure optimal level company performance through employee workforce administration.
- Design and drive all continuous cost improvement and maintain process control.
