We're looking for a
bilingual (English & Spanish) Maintenance Coordinator / Assistant Property Manager
to support a growing residential property portfolio. You'll coordinate maintenance requests, communicate with residents and vendors, support leasing activities, and help keep daily operations on track.

What You'll Do
- Serve as the main point of contact for residents, vendors, brokers, and property partners.
- Coordinate maintenance requests from start to finish and keep residents updated.
- Schedule and follow up with technicians, contractors, and vendors.
- Track work orders and resolve outstanding issues.
- Support leasing, lease administration, move-ins, and apartment turnovers.
- Maintain resident files, property records, and operational documentation.
- Coordinate communication and paperwork with vendors, brokers, and internal teams.




- Deliver excellent customer service while supporting daily property operations.

What You'll Bring
- Fluent English and Spanish.
- Experience in property management, leasing, maintenance coordination, customer service, administrative support, or a related role.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and similar business tools.

Nice to Have
- Experience in residential or multifamily property management.
- Experience coordinating maintenance requests and vendor relationships.
- Familiarity with Rent Manager or similar property management software.
