Summary

The HR Operations Specilaist is responsible for delivering HR operational support and administrative services to Kering brands and employees across the employee lifecycle. This role ensures accurate HR data management, seamless onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll and benefits administration support, compliance with local regulations, and excellent employee service through the HR Shared Services model.
