Full-Time Global Hospitality Guest Experience Agent (Remote)
Location: Remote (Mexico preferred but all LatAm possible)
Employment Type: Full-Time Employee
Schedule: 45 hours weekly across 5 working days, day-time hours, weekday and some weekend shifts
Compensation: $21,000 - 24,500 Pesos per month

Work Hours
This is a daytime role. Shift timing varies within daytime hours:

About the Role
We’re hiring a Guest Experience Agent (GEA)
to join our Guest Experience Team and support guests across our Americas and Romania portfolio.
This is an operations-heavy, guest-facing role in a fast-paced environment. You will often work independently, manage multiple conversations at once, and keep details tight across several platforms. The best people in this role are excellent communicators with strong EQ: they can turn a tense moment into a positive one, and they write in a way that makes guests feel heard, respected, and taken care of.
