About the Role

We are hiring a
Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) / Senior Quality Engineer
to join an innovative AI software company. In this role, you will design and build scalable test automation frameworks, improve CI/CD quality processes, and help engineering teams deliver reliable, high-quality software.

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on automation, developer enablement, and modern quality engineering practices.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable test automation frameworks.
- Build automation for Unit, API, Integration, and End-to-End testing.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates.




- Work closely with engineering teams to improve software quality.
- Review applications for testability, reliability, and maintainability.
- Monitor quality metrics and continuously improve testing processes.

Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience as an SDET or QA Automation Engineer.
- Strong programming skills in
Python, TypeScript, or Elixir
.
- Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.
- Hands-on experience with API, Integration, Unit, and End-to-End testing.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience using AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.
