Position Purpose :
- Provide comprehensive support for the site’s human capital management, ensuring the proper execution of processes related to talent acquisition, personnel administration, labor relations, organizational development, internal communication, regulatory compliance, and employee engagement programs. Act as a strategic partner for leaders and employees, promoting a positive work environment, compliance with corporate and legal policies, and the continuous improvement of Human Resources processes, thereby contributing to the achievement of organizational, safety, quality, and organizational culture objectives.

Key Responsabilities:
- Collaborate with the talent acquisition team on hiring processes. Interview candidates as needed, attend career fairs, and assist managers with job descriptions and requisitions. Partner with agencies on temporary labor.




- Performs various administrative functions Maintain HR systems/data bases, records, personnel files and postings ensuring compliance and integrity. Lead HR projects as needed in collaboration with team members.
- Coordinates and promote the integral employee recognition programs and employee engagement.
- Coordinates New Employee Orientation and on-boarding processes with key stakeholders and managers.
- Conducts first day orientation for new employees, maintains NEO packets, complete and submit new hire paperwork. Makes recommendations for improvements.
- Prepares and distributes site communications as needed.
- Responsible for HR postings including employment mandated posters.
- Coordinates job descriptions, titling and grade process.
- Maintains job descriptions in site folder.
- Monitors ethics training reports and maintains compliance.
- Initiates appropriate paperwork for system changes (titles, supervisor, promotions, salary, etc.)
- Timecard approve
