In this role, your technical knowledge won't be confined to a laboratory—it will be your superpower. We are looking for an analytical, customer-focused specialist who understands the properties and safety demands of industrial chemicals and HAZMAT products, and wants to master the operational and logistical processes required to move them across integral supply chains. You will bridge the gap between technical product understanding and elite customer service.

Responsabilities
- Technical Order Management:
Oversee the end-to-end processing of industrial chemical orders, ensuring absolute precision from initial sales receipt through to final confirmation and fulfillment.
- Specialized Freight Coordination:




Partner with 3PL providers to coordinate outbound shipments, managing complex freight arrangements for Bulk, FTL, LTL, and double-blind shipments under strict chemical safety standards.
- Technical Customer Support:
Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts via phone, email, and chat, answering inquiries with professional and technical confidence.
- Supply Chain Documentation:
Prepare, update, and audit regulatory, administrative, and transport documentation, as well as review SDS and approve invoices from service providers.
- Cross-Functional Inside Sales Support:
Work closely with internal commercial, technical, and logistics departments to align supply chain capabilities with customer requirements.
- Incident Resolution:
Proactively track, manage, and resolve supply chain disruptions, transport incidents, or documentation discrepancies to guarantee seamless customer satisfaction.
