Position Summary

The Unbilled Associate is responsible for identifying and recovering outstanding workers' compensation billing documentation by communicating with medical providers and internal teams. This role plays a key part in supporting the company's revenue cycle by ensuring claims are submitted accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact medical providers to obtain missing or outstanding Workers' Compensation claims.
- Follow up with providers via phone, email, and fax to collect required documentation.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports to providers as needed.
- Track and document all communications and claim activity in internal systems.
- Research and resolve billing discrepancies or missing documentation.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely claim resolution.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Meet established productivity, quality, and revenue recovery goals.
