Shift Schedule

*6:00 AM to 5 PM (work window)*

*2:00 PM – 10:00 PM*

*2 days off per week*

*On-site | Paseo de la Reforma, Mexico City*

**NOTE: there is a paid training the first month on Monday to Friday from 7:00/8:00 am to 4:00/5:00 pm*

What You'll Do:

As a Service Desk Analyst, you'll be the first point of contact for users needing IT support.
- Provide technical assistance via phone, chat, and email
- Troubleshoot hardware, software,



and connectivity issues
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support
- Help users resolve technical challenges efficiently
- Work with global teams in a professional IT environment

What We're Looking For
- Advanced English communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Previous IT support experience is a plus
