Our purpose is simple: to understand our clients’ needs and use this understanding, combined with knowledge and expertise, to find, process, and analyse complex datasets to inform talent acquisition teams. The Manager, I&I; Hub Operations is an operational leader within the I&I; Hub and is responsible for best-in-class service delivery and people management. The I&I; Hub Manager will lead and inspire an I&I; delivery Hub team supporting a portfolio of clients and collaborate with I&I; colleagues within I&I; Partners and Data Strategy to implement new approaches and best practices. The Manager, I&I; Hub Operations plays a critical role ensuring effective delivery of I&I; output across the hub teams and alignment with broader I&I; objectives.
