Role Description
The Retail Manager role at Pop Manufacturing is a full-time, on-site position based in Cuautitlán Izcalli, MEX. The Retail Manager oversees daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, improve communications with all the operative areas, merchandising, and ensuring the business environment is clean, safe, and welcoming. This role leads and coaches the retail team, sets performance expectations, and ensures consistent delivery of a high-quality customer experience. The Retail Manager monitors engineering performance, implements project management strategies, and works with leadership to achieve revenue and profitability targets. The role also involves handling escalated customer concerns, maintaining accurate reporting, coordinating with supply, logistics, manufacture and ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Qualifications

•Work with management and operations managers to develop a vision and strategic plan to guide and develop the business.

•Evaluates,



and reports to the director of operations on internal and external issues that affect operations in all aspects of business activities.

•Ensures that business operations meet customer, operational, and supply chain expectations. They oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of business operations.

•You must be a strategic thinker, responsible, a natural leader, an excellent communicator, negotiator, and a team player.

•Leading, inspiring, training, and developing all internal manufacturing and operations teams.

•You will work closely and seamlessly with the production, design, and prototyping teams to support and develop our products for our customers.

•Comprehensive Customer Relationship Management.

•Be primarily responsible for communication with the client throughout the entire project lifecycle.

•Collect and validate all necessary project information (specifications, brief, cost and time expectations) for effective internal management
