This is
not an accounting or sourcing role
. We're looking for professionals who have supported
IT organizations
by coordinating financial requests, procurement processes, contract approvals, budgeting activities, and cross-functional initiatives.
What we're looking for:
✅ 4+ years of professional experience
✅ Experience supporting an
IT organization
(CIO Office, Technology, Infrastructure, IT PMO, Digital, etc.)
✅ 2–5 years of experience in
IT Procurement, Contract Management, Vendor Management, Business Management, or IT Financial Operations
✅ Experience coordinating
contract lifecycles
, procurement requests, and approval workflows with
Procurement, Legal, Finance, Project Managers, and Technology teams
✅ Experience managing
financial requests, budget tracking, funding processes, or expense approvals
✅ Advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs,
Pivot Tables, data analysis)
✅ Experience with
*ERP/Procurement tools*
such as
SAP, SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or ServiceNow
✅ Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage executive stakeholders and work across global teams
✅ Advanced English (spoken and written) – daily interaction with international stakeholders
⭐ Experience in consulting firms, banking, or other fast-paced corporate environments is highly valued. Big Plus: Candidates with a consulting background (Big 4 such as KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, or EY).
