Regional Benefits Administration Analyst
to join our International Benefits team.

In this role,



you will be responsible for executing the implementation, ongoing administration, and operational governance of benefit plans across your designated region.

You will join a collaborative and execution-focused international rewards team dedicated to balancing general corporate consistency with vital local relevance to optimize the "Mountaineer" experience.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
- Benefits Administration & Operations: Execute end-to-end plan lifecycle management, perform routine quality assurance on data files, manage eligibility tracking, and resolve complex employee benefit queries.
- Vendor Management & Billing Administration: Monitor vendor Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements while handling routine benefits billing, purchase order setup, invoice reviews, and vendor payment processing.
- Compliance, Governance & Audit: Track regional regulatory requirements to maintain compliance obliga
