, where your technical expertise in safety and compliance meets your passion for corporate responsibility.



You won’t just manage checklists; you will lead a cultural shift toward proactive EHS awareness and support our general journey toward transparent ESG disclosure. What you’ll do:

Lead Culture:
Move from compliance-led to culture-led safety by engaging teams at every level of the Mexico organization with sites in Matamoros, Tamaulipas and distributed workforce across the country.

Enable Growth:
Oversee facilities operations, new start up projects, emergency preparedness, and environmental protocols with high attention to detail.

Report Impact:
Serve as a key contributor to our Global ESG protocol, utilizing frameworks like GRI and SASB, Science-based targets initiative, SBTi, and RBA to communicate our sustainability progress to stakeholders.

This position reports to the
Global EHSS and Facilities Director
and will be on-site at our Matamoros, Tamaulipas Manufacturing Plant.
