We are seeking a highly analytical and experienced IT Support Supervisor to oversee support operations across multiple plants and directly manage our helpdesk support teams. Directly reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, this critical role serves as the primary supervisory point for the local helpdesk support staff stationed across all manufacturing plants. The successful candidate is accountable for the team's daily performance, multi-site operational continuity, and the long-term evolution of our user and production operation support function.
- Oversee and optimize IT support workflows on the manufacturing and production floors across all designated plants to guarantee maximum operational uptime.
- Ensure the team rapidly responds to and resolves incidents involving business-critical shop-floor hardware, including industrial label printers, barcode scanners, ruggedized tablets, and specialized assembly-line terminals.




- Coordinate with plant operations to ensure high availability and fast troubleshooting of shop-floor network connectivity (wired and wireless) affecting production line machinery or data synchronization.
- Supervise the deployment, maintenance, and integration of specialized edge hardware, such as manufacturing time clocks and shift-monitoring display systems.
- Supervision and Workflow: Direct, monitor, and coordinate the daily activities and workload of the helpdesk support staff, ensuring appropriate shift coverage, optimal queue management, and strategic task distribution.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Serve as the technical mentor for the entire team. Provide active coaching and guidance on best-in-class troubleshooting methodologies, root-cause analysis, and professional communication skills.

Experiencia y requisitos
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of progressive hands-on experience in technical support, with a minimum of 2
