As part of its continued growth, the company is currently seeking a Senior Accountant to join its Mexico City team in a key role focused on structuring, professionalizing, and leading the accounting function while strengthening financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards.

What the job involves
- Lead the transformation and organization of the accounting function by implementing robust processes, internal controls, and best practices
- Ensure full compliance with all monthly and annual tax obligations in an accurate and timely manner
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements and accounting report
- Provide clear, reliable visibility into the company’s financial health to support executive decision making




- Consolidate financial information across business units and operations
- Drive financial analysis and generate actionable insights to support strategic planning and business performance
- Identify, assess, and resolve accounting discrepancies, compliance gaps, and financial risks
- Lead external audit processes and follow up on audit findings and recommendations
- Promote continuous improvement of accounting systems, policies, and operational workflows
- Manage account reconciliations, tax accounting, trial balances, and general ledger accuracy
- Supervise payment scheduling, cash disbursements, and related financial controls
- Mentor and develop the existing accounting team to strengthen capabilities and performance
