The Technology Delivery Coordinator provides project coordination, administrative support, and delivery enablement across the Technology organization. This role helps ensure technology initiatives remain organized, documented, communicated, and moving forward.

The position supports Technology Engagement, Solutions & Delivery, Software Engineering, IT Operations & Cybersecurity, and cross-functional technology initiatives by coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, tracking actions and milestones, supporting project and release activities, and preparing communications and reporting.

This role is idóneo for someone who is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and priorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple technology projects and cross-functional initiatives,



ensuring timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables remain visible, organized, and on schedule.
- Maintain project plans, action trackers, status reports, risk registers, and project documentation, ensuring information is accurate, current, and accessible to stakeholders.
- Organize and facilitate recurring and ad hoc meetings by coordinating schedules, preparing agendas, documenting discussions, capturing decisions, and tracking follow-up actions through completion.
- Proactively monitor project progress, identify delivery risks, scheduling conflicts, resource dependencies, and escalation needs, communicating issues before they impact project delivery.
- Support Project Managers, Engineering Managers, Technology Leaders, and initiative owners with day-to-day coordination activities that improve execution and organizational alignment.
