We are looking for a hands‑on Tech Lead who will both drive technical direction and actively contribute to day‑to‑day development. You will lead the team by example—writing production code, designing solutions, improving delivery pipelines, and mentoring engineers—while collaborating closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities
- Lead architecture and design decisions for backend services, ensuring scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Write and review production‑quality Python code; be an active contributor to the codebase.
- Build, maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable delivery.
- Guide front‑end/backend integration and contribute to front‑end implementation when required.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, testing practices, and deployment processes.
- Mentor and grow team members through code reviews, pair‑programming, and technical coaching.
- Collaborate with PMs, QA, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and delivery plans.
- Monitor system performance,



incidents and outages; lead root‑cause analysis and remediation.
- Use data and metrics to inform technical and delivery decisions.
- Uphold professional and technical standards, the company’s code of conduct, and any applicable independence requirements.

Required qualifications
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience with Python in production environments.
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment practices.
- Practical experience with front‑end technologies and integrating front‑end and backend systems.
- Strong problem‑solving and critical‑thinking skills; ability to break down complex problems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and stakeholder needs.
- Advanced English (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
