About the Team

We are building a next-generation CXD Squad focused on designing and delivering Agentic Experiences, systems where AI agents proactively assist, act and collaborate with users to achieve outcomes.

Our Global SME (Small Medium Enterprise) Team is a world-class team united by our desire to discover and unlock the next generation of business intelligence technology.

You’ll join our pioneering CX&D; Squad in the Integral SME division at Mastercard to design new User Experiences, drive innovation and conceptualize design thinking within our Mastercard products.
