System Requirements Manager
to develop professionally and
work in the US.
The
System Requirements Manager
provides technical leadership for system requirements activities in vehicle feature development, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple engineering domains. This role is responsible for evaluating, documenting, and releasing technical changes—including new features, modifications, and carry-over content—prior to design and validation phases.

Serving as the
technical authority for requirements
, this position bridges collaboration between Vehicle Feature Owners,



Systems Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Test & Validation teams. Additionally, the role includes acting as a
Cluster Lead
, mentoring a team of Requirements Engineers to drive technical alignment and excellence in execution.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Management
- Assess technical impacts of new features, modifications, and carry-over content.
- Ensure requirements are complete, consistent, traceable, and verifiable.
- Lead requirement reviews, releases, and governance.

2. Front-End Systems Engineering
- Operate upstream of design engineering and validation organizations.
- Translate customer, business, and regulatory needs into system
