The Role

We’re hiring a Full-Stack Engineer to help build scalable, high-reliability software used by go-to-market and product teams. You’ll work on end-to-end development—from back to front end—while partnering with engineers, data scientists and product leaders.

Location: Mexico City (CDMX)

Work model: Hybrid

What You’ll Do
- Build and ship end-to-end features under guidance from senior engineers, focusing on correctness, performance, and maintainability.
- Develop modern,



accessible user interfaces using shared component libraries and established design patterns.
- Implement and extend secure APIs primarily using Python; integrate internal and third-party systems via OAuth, webhooks, and event or batch workflows.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases; write efficient queries and contribute to data modeling.
- Follow security, data protection, and compliance best practices in day-to-day development.
- Participate in on-call rotations and assist with debugging production issues and root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Basic Qualifications (Must-Have)
- 3+ years of experience building production web applications.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Frontend experience with JavaScript/TypeScript; Vue.js preferred.
- Backend experience with Python (preferred) or Node.js / Java / C#.
- Experience building APIs using FastAPI, Flas
