We are looking for an experienced
Senior SQL DBA
to administer, optimize, and support business-critical SQL Server environments. This role requires strong technical expertise in database performance, availability, recovery, and production support.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain Microsoft SQL Server environments.
- Monitor database health, availability, capacity, and performance.
- Perform query, index, stored procedure, and database optimization.
- Manage backup, restoration, disaster recovery, and high-availability processes.
- Troubleshoot production incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
- Support database upgrades, patching, migrations, and configuration changes.
- Work with Azure SQL and related Azure Data Services.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure,



and cloud teams.

Requirements
- Senior-level experience in SQL Server administration.
- Strong experience in performance tuning and database optimization.
- Hands-on knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies.
- Experience with high-availability solutions such as Always On Availability Groups, clustering, replication, or log shipping.
- Experience supporting business-critical production environments.
- Knowledge of Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, or related services.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
