We are looking for an Admissions Assistant

As an Admissions Assistant, you will be the first face and voice of our Institute. Your main goal will be to convert prospective student interest into presente enrollments by delivering outstanding bilingual customer service while efficiently managing student records and data entry in Algebraix, working in close collaboration with faculty and administrative staff.

Requirements & Responsibilities:
- Enrollment Conversion & Customer Service: Manage a high volume of inquiries (in person, by phone, and through digital channels), conduct campus tours, and guide prospective families through the admissions process to support enrollment growth.
- Tracking & Document Control: Monitor applicant progress, create and organize new student files, and ensure that all required documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date.
- Operational & Technological Management: Administer the Algebraix database,



perform mail merges, and coordinate interview schedules with faculty members and teachers.
- Institutional Support: Support the daily operations of the Admissions Department within a dynamic, flexible, and high-performance environment.
