The Role
As the Sales Director for the US market, you will be the tip of the spear in driving our revenue growth across mid-market and enterprise manufacturing facilities. You will own the full sales cycle, from strategic prospecting to closing, while building the foundation for a high-performing US sales organization.
You aren't just selling SaaS; you are selling a hybrid hardware/software solution (IoT + AI) that fundamentally changes how Plant Managers, VPs of Operations, and CFOs run their facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive US Revenue: Build and execute a strategic territory plan targeting our core verticals: Metalworking, Plastics (Injection Molding/Extrusion), Semiconductor, Food & Beverage, and Textiles.
- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Lead complex, consultative sales processes with operational leaders (COOs, Plant Managers) and financial buyers (CFOs), proving the value of our $99–$299/machine/month SaaS tiers.
- Master the Pitch: Clearly differentiate SensFlo from heavy-lift legacy systems (like Plex) and DIY no-code platforms (like Tulip) by championing our "live in a week" deployment and out-of-the-box AI capabilities.
- Strategic Land & Expand: Drive initial pilot deployments (landing on a subset of machines) and aggressively expand across the customer's entire facility and multi-plant footprint.
