As a
Customer Service Rep (Maintenance)
, you will be responsible for:

Manage maintenance requests, communicate with vendors and customers, and assist with simple technical troubleshooting

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Receive and manage maintenance requests via phone and email
- Create and dispatch work orders to the appropriate vendors or technicians
- Track service requests from start to finish to ensure timely completion
- Communicate with customers and vendors to provide updates and resolve issues
- Document all interactions and escalate issues when needed




- Respond to internal IT support requests (mostly via email or chat)
- Help troubleshoot basic issues (password resets, login issues, Adobe, etc.)
- Support tools like Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive)
- Assist with user setup, access issues, and general troubleshooting
- Follow processes and escalate more complex issues when necessary

Monday - Friday
Standard time:
10:30 am - 07:00 pm Mexico City time

Daylight saving:
09:30 am - 06:00 pm Mexico City time

*This position is remote and open to all over the country, but you'll be required to visit our offices in CDMX or GDL on the first day (expenses are covered by you)*
