Key Responsibilities
Attorney Referral Management
Evaluate potential referral cases that fall outside the firm's practice priorities or require specialized legal expertise.
Match cases with qualified attorneys based on practice area, experience, litigation success, and client needs.
Coordinate case referrals while ensuring smooth communication between all parties involved.
Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of referral cases throughout the process.
Relationship Development
Build and maintain long-term relationships with attorneys and referral partners.
Expand the firm's referral network by researching and identifying high-quality legal professionals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for referral attorneys regarding case expectations and collaboration.
Promote strong partnerships that support mutual business grow
