Your Role

As an AI Coach/Architect at PALO IT, you will play a critical role in guiding teams through the transformative journey of AI-first development. Leveraging your extensive experience,



you will shape technical visions and lead architectural designs that empower product teams to harness the power of AI in their solutions.
Lead cross-functional teams in the design, implementation, and adoption of AI solutions utilizing Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Google Agent Development Kit (ADK).
Develop architectural frameworks that utilize AI technologies, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance in all client projects.
Mentor and coach engineering teams on AI best practices and tools, fostering a culture of innovation and high-quality standards.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to deliver robust, AI-augmented product features, thereby enhancing user experiences.
Utilize Claude Code, GitHub (with PR-based workflows), and GitHub Projects to facilitate streamlined development processes and project management strategies.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to empower teams with the knowledge and tools necessary to integrate AI effectively in
