About the Role

We're hiring a Human Resources Manager to lead recruitment, support payroll administration, and manage day-to-day HR operations. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional with knowledge of Mexican labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Coordinate interviews, background checks, and employee documentation.
- Oversee attendance, leave, employee records, and offboarding.
- Support payroll processing, employee relations, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with Mexico's Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, and INFONAVIT requirements.

Requirements




- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of HR experience in recruitment and employee relations.
- Fintech, banking, collections, or call center experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Mexican labor laws and HR processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Fluent Spanish required; English is a plus.
