The Hoyle Firm, PC is seeking a full-time Legal Assistant/Paralegal to join our growing litigation team in Central Phoenix. We represent clients in both personal injury and criminal defense matters and are looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, stays organized, and thrives in a technology-driven office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal assistant who wants to play an important role in a small, collaborative firm where initiative and attention to detail are valued.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $20,000 - $28,000 pesos per month, depending on experience
- Paid time off
- Paid holidays
- Fully Remote

Schedule
- Full-time (40 hours per week)
- Monday through Friday
- 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (Arizona Time)

About the Position

Our practice is approximately 50% personal injury and 50% criminal defense. The successful candidate will work closely with the attorneys and staff to keep cases moving efficiently from intake through resolution.

Responsibilities include:
- Drafting pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal forms




- Assisting with written discovery
- Communicating with clients regarding case status and scheduling
- Managing attorney calendars and litigation deadlines
- E-filing court documents
- Opening and closing files
- Answering incoming phone calls and assisting clients
- Occasionally attending networking events or visiting medical providers and referral partners on behalf of the firm
- Assisting with other administrative and litigation support tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

The adecuado candidate:
- Has prior experience working in a US Based law office (Arizona and/or California preferred)
- 4-5 years experience with a US Based Law Firm
- Is exceptionally organized and detail-oriented
- Takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do
- Learns new technology quickly
- Is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
