We are looking for a
Talent Sourcer / Technical Recruiter
to support our recruiting team on a
temporary 4-month contract
. This role is ideal for someone with strong IT sourcing experience who can move quickly, work independently, and deliver qualified candidates within
2 to 3 business days
after receiving a new role.

The person in this role will manage the initial stage of the selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to confirm technical fit, English level, and soft skills. The adecuado candidate must be available to start ASAP and contribute from day one with minimal ramp-up time.

Responsibilities
- Source and engage qualified IT candidates across Latin America.




- Manage the initial recruitment stage for up to
3 open positions at the same time
.
- Conduct screening interviews to assess technical experience, English level, availability, compensation expectations, and soft skills.
- Present qualified candidates within
2 to 3 business days
after receiving each role.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT profiles for engineering, data, DevOps, QA, and related positions.
- Keep candidate information organized and updated in the ATS or tracking system.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with candidates throughout the initial process.
- Share relevant candidate insights with the internal recruiting team to support next steps.

- Provide qualified candidate profiles within 2 to 3 business days per assigned role.
