Requirements:
Completed High School degree (Bachillerato)
Advanced English level: ability to read, write,



and speak fluent English
Must be residing within 1.5 hours away from the work location (on-site)
Customer service experience (in any industry but experience working at a Call Center is highly preferred)
Computer skills, databases, and Microsoft Office
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask
