We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer with solid experience supporting VW, Audi, and BMW customers. This role requires strong leadership in quality assurance activities, failure analysis, customer-specific requirements, and technical project coordination.

The idóneo candidate is proficient in Core Tools, PPAP, APQP, IATF 16949, internal audits, and problem‑solving methodologies, with hands‑on experience using German OEM portals and documentation processes.

Main Responsibilities
OEM Quality Management — Direct support for VW, Audi, and BMW, including KPI tracking, technical documentation, and product releases.




PPAP & APQP Leadership — Preparation, review, and approval of deliverables, revalidations, and project closure.
Audits & Quality Systems — Execution of internal audits under IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, and customer standards.
Failure Analysis & 8D — Root cause analysis, containment, corrective and preventive actions.
Production Process Management — Stamping, assembly, dimensional verification, SPC, scrap control, and continuous improvement.
Customer Portal Interaction — Use of VW, Audi, and BMW platforms for documentation, releases, and follow‑up.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or related field.
5+ years of experience in automotive quality.
Proven experience working with VW, Audi, and BMW.
Strong knowledge of Core Tools, PPAP, APQP, IATF 16949.
Advanced English (mandatory).
Experience with metal‑mechanic and assembly processes.
